1. Acceptance of Terms

The 91000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- All registration details must be accurate, current, and truthful.
- Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
- 91000 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access.
- Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 91000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's technical functions in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information through your account or while using the platform.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in a manner that contravenes the stated terms.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and potential legal action where the violation involves criminal activity.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 91000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following conditions apply to payments and transactions:
- The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
- All deposits must be made using supported payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and listed e-wallets.
- 91000 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from an account held in the registered user's name only.
- Deposit processing times depend on the chosen payment method and are typically completed within minutes.
- The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on account tier.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours, depending on the receiving bank.
- Bonus rollover requirements must be met before withdrawals are permitted on balances that include bonus funds.
91000 reserves the right to decline or withhold withdrawals where there is suspected fraud, a breach of terms, or outstanding verification requirements. If a deposit fails but the amount has already been deducted from your bank account, please contact support with proof of transaction for follow-up.
5. Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
The 91000 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.
- Losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the user.
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
91000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Breach of the stipulated terms of use.
- Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- A self-initiated account closure request by the user.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
All content on the 91000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 91000 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from us.
The 91000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as payment providers. 91000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
91000 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
